Machine Details
Intelligent Control
The machine is controlled by a TECHMATION microcomputer, providing reliable operation and a high level of automation.
Plasticizing Unit
The screw feeds raw material and supports the processing of a wide range of plastics. It provides strong plasticizing performance and high injection speed. Resistance heating coils heat the barrel, while a cold-screw protection device prevents operation until the preset temperature is reached.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic control system manages actuator movement. Key hydraulic components use internationally recognized brands such as Japan YUKEN, delivering fast response and high energy efficiency. An optional energy-saving hydraulic system can reduce energy consumption by approximately 50%.
Power System
The AC driving motor supports 380 V three-phase or 220 V single-phase, 50 Hz power configurations. It efficiently converts electrical energy into mechanical power to start and drive the injection molding machine.
