Equipped with a forced material-cleaning function for quick masterbatch changeover.
Can be used with an extruder with only minor wiring modifications.
The screw speed can automatically adjust according to the extruder processing speed to maintain a constant masterbatch ratio.
Stores up to 50 sets of parameter recipes, permanently recording feeding time and finished product weight. For extruder applications, the maximum output per minute can be recorded.
Uses a brushless DC motor, requiring no maintenance.
Automatically detects masterbatch blockage or overload, stops the machine for protection, and activates an alarm.
