Hydraulic Oil

While transmitting power, hydraulic oil also bears the important responsibility of lubricating and protecting precision components inside the machine. This point is often overlooked but is critical.

Lubrication and wear reduction: Hydraulic oil forms an oil film between friction pairs in oil pumps, control valves, oil cylinders, and other components, greatly reducing direct contact and wear between metal parts. In particular, lubrication between the vanes and stator of vane pumps widely used in injection molding machines depends heavily on anti-wear hydraulic oil.

Multiple protection: High-quality hydraulic oil also provides rust prevention, corrosion prevention, cooling, and other protective functions, effectively extending equipment life and preventing loss of precision and failures caused by rust or overheating.
