Product Description

Inclined Conveyor Belt for Injection Molding Machine

The primary application scenario of a conveyor belt is to transport products out after injection molding is complete.

Automatic removal and transfer: After the injection molding machine opens the mold, a robot usually removes the finished product and places it on the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt then transports the finished product to the next station, such as a cooling area, inspection area, or packaging area, forming a complete automated production unit.

Protecting finished products and improving efficiency: To prevent relatively brittle injection-molded parts from being damaged when falling from a height, some conveyor belts have an adjustable-height design that can reduce the drop height of the product and improve the yield rate. In a complex automated production line, multiple injection molding machines may even use their own branch conveyor belts to feed finished products onto one main conveyor belt for centralized transport, greatly improving production efficiency.
