Lubricant Oil
Reduces friction and wear at machine joints, tie bars, and guide rails.

Product Description
Lubricant Oil for Injection Molding Machine
Protecting core joints: The injection molding machine's mold-closing mechanism (toggle type), mold-locking mechanism, and other joint areas must withstand hundreds of tons of clamping force while performing high-frequency mold opening and closing actions, making them extremely vulnerable to wear. Lubricant oil plays a key role in reducing wear and friction at hinge pins, connecting rod bushings, and other points.
Protecting motion rails: Tie bars/Golin columns that guide the moving platen, slide-rail feet, and linear guideways supporting movement of the injection unit likewise require continuous lubrication to ensure smooth movement and precise positioning.
