Power Distribution Cabinet

The power distribution cabinet is truly the injection molding machine's "power heart." If the electrical box is the injection molding machine's brain, responsible for issuing commands, then the power distribution cabinet is the core force responsible for carrying them out, providing the most direct and powerful electrical drive for every action of the injection molding machine. Together with the electrical box and transformer, it forms the injection molding machine's complete power and control system.

The power distribution cabinet (especially the frequency inverter inside) may generate strong electromagnetic interference during operation. If not handled properly, it can directly affect normal operation of the injection molding machine. A typical example involved an injection molding machine where neither the power distribution cabinet nor the injection molding machine was grounded and the inverter was not shielded, causing slow machine response, inaccurate injection volume, and large quantities of defective products. Therefore, standardized grounding and shielding measures are key to ensuring the two work together.
