Simple crane for injection molding workshop

Product Description

Simple Crane for Injection Molding Machine

A crane is not part of the injection molding machine itself, but rather an important "porter" and "installation assistant" in the injection molding workshop. Their relationship is reflected in several key stages of the production process, especially when handling heavy components.

The injection molding machine itself and many of its components are extremely heavy and cannot be moved manually. The crane's primary task is to solve the problem of moving these "big items."

After a new injection molding machine arrives at the factory, it must be lifted during installation. Small injection molding machines can be lifted as a complete unit; medium and large injection molding machines are too large and must first have the clamping section and injection section separated, then lifted individually by crane to the designated position for assembly.

In addition, an injection mold often weighs hundreds of kilograms or even several tons. During replacement, a crane (such as a gantry crane or jib crane) must be used to lift it and carefully position it inside the injection molding machine for installation. The operation must be highly precise; for example, the mold locating ring must first be aligned with the locating hole on the injection molding machine.
