Water Pipe for Injection Molding Machine
Transporting plastic raw materials: In automatic feeding systems, a transparent PU steel-wire hose serves as the "material suction pipe" connecting the drying hopper and injection molding machine hopper. Its transparent wall allows material flow to be seen, while the embedded steel-wire framework prevents it from collapsing under vacuum negative pressure; it is also wear-resistant and heat-resistant.
Transporting cooling water: Although "water pipes" are discussed separately below, some hoses also transport cooling water. For example, PTFE stainless-steel braided hoses are often used to connect injection molding machine cooling water circuits because of their high-temperature and corrosion resistance.
